Returns and exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email admin@freddmarshall.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved returns are shipped to our US Fulfillment and Return Warehouse (a contracted third-party facility):

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover the return label.

Restocking fee

Restocking Fee: $0.00. No restocking fee will be charged for any approved return.

Exchanges

To request a different size or color, include the requested replacement in your return email. Availability is not guaranteed until the exchange is approved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Customized or personalized items, final-sale items clearly marked on the product page, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
