Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@freddmarshall.com with your order number (it starts with #) and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges (size or color)

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are the fastest way to get the right fit — request an exchange in your return email and we'll set aside the replacement while your return is on the way. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering; if you're between sizes, we're happy to advise.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we'll cover the return label.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right quickly. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.

Non-returnable items

The following can't be returned: customized or personalized items (including custom logo and team orders), final sale items (marked as such on the product page), and gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at admin@freddmarshall.com.
