Shipping Policy

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Shipping destinations and rates

• Contiguous United States: Standard shipping is free.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Standard shipping is a flat $25.

Any available shipping method and charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Order cut-off and delivery time

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST, UTC-5), Monday–Friday.
• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Transit Time, normally 4–7 business days.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. The transit period starts after the order is shipped.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information is emailed after a package is dispatched. Because different items may be fulfilled by different partners, one order may arrive in separate packages and receive more than one tracking number.

Address changes

Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

Carrier delays and delivery problems

Weather emergencies, carrier disruptions, or an incorrect address may cause delays outside the stated processing and transit times. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if a package arrives damaged, email admin@freddmarshall.com with your order number and available photos or carrier information.

Returns

Return shipping is handled separately from outbound delivery. Review our Refund Policy and contact us before mailing an item to the US Fulfillment and Return Warehouse.

Made-to-order and supplier-dispatched items

Most items ship from our contracted US fulfillment warehouse in Fontana, California, within the processing and transit times stated above. Some items are sourced and dispatched to order from our production partners and are not held in the US warehouse. For those items, processing can take longer and total delivery is typically 10–20 business days. Product pages for these items carry a fulfillment note. If an order contains both warehouse-stocked and supplier-dispatched items, the items ship separately and you receive more than one tracking number. If you need an item by a specific date, email admin@freddmarshall.com before ordering and we will confirm the realistic delivery window.
