1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time and refers to the period required to prepare your outdoor clothing for dispatch, including quality inspection, special packaging, and order verification. For custom-sized or limited-edition outdoor clothing, processing time may extend to 3-5 business days, and we will notify you via email if this applies to your order.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

2.1 Domestic Shipping (U.S. )

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days. This method is ideal for most outdoor clothing items, including lightweight fleece, base layers, and accessories.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days. Recommended for urgent orders or time-sensitive outdoor gear (e.g., jackets for an upcoming camping trip).
  3. Overnight Shipping: Delivered via UPS Next Day Air. Estimated delivery time: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day processing).

2.2 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, with special considerations for outdoor clothing compliance and customs requirements in different regions. Below are key details for major international regions:
  1. EU & UK: Shipped via DHL Express or European Textile专线. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. All outdoor clothing meets EU REACH regulations, with clear labeling of fiber composition and washing instructions; EPR registration is completed to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  2. Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Shipped via Canada Post, Australia Post, or NZ Post. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days. Quarantine and quality inspections may apply; we ensure all products are free of pests and pollution to meet local standards.
  3. Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand): Shipped via local textile专线. Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days. Policies are relatively loose, but we still ensure product quality and proper labeling.
  4. Middle East, Russia & Brazil: Shipped via double-clearance tax-included专线. Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days. Special certifications (e.g., SASO for Saudi Arabia, EAC for Russia) are prepared as needed to avoid customs delays.
Note: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas that require additional delivery fees. If your address is in a remote area, we will contact you to confirm additional shipping costs or order cancellation.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Domestic Shipping Costs (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 (free for orders over $75) – aligned with industry best practices to boost average order value.
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 (free for orders over $150).
  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 (no free shipping threshold).

3.2 International Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout by entering your shipping address. We offer free international shipping for orders over $200 (excluding taxes and duties).
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or order total, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or fee non-payment.

4. Special Packaging for Outdoor Clothing

Outdoor clothing requires special care to maintain its performance (waterproof, windproof, breathable) during shipping. We use the following packaging standards:
  1. Waterproof Packaging: All items are wrapped in moisture-proof plastic bags to protect against water damage during transit, especially critical for waterproof jackets and pants.
  2. Wrinkle-Resistant Handling: Fleece, softshell jackets, and base layers are folded gently (not compressed excessively) to minimize wrinkles; rigid packaging is used for items with structured components (e.g., padded jackets) to avoid deformation.
  3. Protective Outer Boxes: Sturdy cardboard boxes are used to prevent damage from impact or compression during shipping, with additional padding for delicate items.
  4. Clear Labeling: Each package is labeled with clear shipping information, product details, and handling instructions (e.g., "Do Not Compress" for padded outdoor gear).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our Shopify store and entering your order number and email address. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping, depending on the carrier.

6. Customs Clearance (International Orders)

For international orders, we prepare all necessary documents to facilitate smooth customs clearance, including commercial invoices, fiber composition certificates, and origin certificates. We declare all items truthfully (no under-declaration) to avoid customs detention. Key notes:
  • Documents include detailed product descriptions (e.g., "waterproof outdoor jacket, 100% polyester") and accurate value declarations.
  • Compliance with local regulations: For EU orders, EPR registration is completed; for U.S. orders, products meet CPSC standards with proper labeling of fiber content and origin.
  • Customs clearance time varies by country (typically 1-3 business days) and is not included in the estimated delivery time.

7. Shipping Delays & Issues

  1. Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, or high order volume. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed by more than 3 business days, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will require a photo of the damaged package (if applicable) and will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and keep you updated on the progress.
  3. Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
